Za'atar Roasted Cauliflower
Our partners at McCormick created this simple charred cauliflower complemented by the bright, herby flavor of their Middle Eastern Za'atar seasoning blend.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs cauliflower florets
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp McCormick Culinary® Za'atar Seasoning
- 1 tsp coarse kosher salt
- 1 Tbsp fresh flat parsley or cilantro leaves, whole or chopped optional
Instructions
- Set oven to 400°F. In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil. Sprinkle with Za'atar and salt. Mix until seasoning is evenly distributed.
- Spread in a single layer on a parchment lined sheet tray. Roast until florets are beginning to char. Remove from oven and cool slightly. Serve warm as desired.
