Yogurt Herb Ranch Dressing
From our Twisted Beet menu, this favorite Ranch-style dressing is made with Sir Kensington's Vegan Fabanaise and Greek yogurt.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Sir Kensington's Vegan Fabanaise Substitute nonfat mayo or nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons chopped dill
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth.
- Cover and keep chilled or serve immediately.
- For best results, whisk before serving.
