Watermelon Salsa
Fresh watermelon, red and green onions, jalapeno and cilantro tossed with lime juice.
Ingredients
- 3 cups fresh seedless watermelon peeled and diced 1/4"
- 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 3 Tbsp red onion trimmed and diced
- 2 Tbsp green onion (scallion) trimmed and thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp jalapeno chili pepper seeded and minced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves chopped
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
- Cover. Keep refrigerated until serving.
