Sautéed Swiss Chard
Swiss chard sautéed with red onion, garlic and seasoning.
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup red onion trimmed, peeled, diced
- 1/2 Tbsp fresh garlic peeled, chopped
- 1 1/2 lb fresh swiss chard trimmed, sliced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- In sauté pan over medium-high heat, heat oil. Add onion and garlic. Sauté until aromatic, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Add Swiss chard, salt and pepper. Sauté until heated through and chard is wilted, 3 to 5 minutes. Drain and serve.
