Watermelon Popsicles
100% natural, refined sugar-free, gluten-free, low carb, vegan
Ingredients
- 3 cup fresh watermelon diced
- 3/4 cup coconut yogurt dairy-free
- 6 ea kiwi peeled
Instructions
- Add watermelon to a blender and blend for 5 seconds.
- Transfer to silicone molds and freeze for an hour with sticks inserted.
- Add 1 tablespoon of coconut yogurt over the frozen watermelon layer in each mold.
- Blend the kiwi in a blender and add your last layer over the coconut layer and freeze for two more hours.
- Remove popsicles from mold and enjoy!
