Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 bag green tea individual pouch
- 1/2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup seltzer water
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 ea fresh mint leaf
- 1 ea fresh lemongrass chopped
- 3/4 tsp fresh gingerroot peeled, sliced

Instructions
- Bring water to a boil in pot. Pour into cup and add tea bag. Allow tea bag to steep for 1-4 minutes then remove tea bag.
- Add sugar and mix well until sugar dissolves. Refrigerate until well chilled.
- To chilled tea, add lime juice, mint, lemongrass and gingerroot. Add ice and top with seltzer water. Mix and serve.
