Peanut Butter Flax Energy Bites
These energy bites are easy to make with just a few simple pantry ingredients. They are super easy to mix up and roll into little balls and are the perfect make-ahead recipe to keep on hand for healthy snacking or breakfasts. And most importantly, they are just irresistibly good!
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups large flake oats
- 1 1/2 cups natural peanut butter
- 1 cup honey
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup ground flax seed
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Mix until well blended. Cover. Place in refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes.
- Roll into golf ball-sized balls. Place in a serving container.
Notes
Tip: Get creative! Try adding coconut flakes, chocolate chips, or your favorite dried fruit.
