Nonfat Greek yogurt topped with sliced banana, berries, chia seeds, peanut butter and honey.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 Tbsp banana peeled, sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp berries fresh or frozen
- 1/4 tsp chia seeds
