Peach Mint Iced Tea
This summertime tea is crisp and refreshing.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peaches sliced or chopped fresh or frozen (no sugar added)
- 3 oz fresh mint leaves
- 1 quart tea
Instructions
- If using frozen peaches, thaw and drain them.
- Place peaches and mint in cheesecloth and tie closed to make a bundle.
- Add cheesecloth bundle to iced tea. Refrigerate overnight. Discard cheesecloth bundle.
- To serve, pour over ice cubes. Garnish each serving with a peach slice and fresh mint if desired.
