A mixture of warm strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries with a cinnamon-sugar biscuit topping.

buttermilk biscuit mix (such as Bisquick)
about 2 cups

cold water

ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325F.
In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. Add first amount of sugar (1/2 cup), cornstarch, and vanilla. Toss to coat.
In second mixing bowl, add biscuit mix and water. Mix until wet. DO NOT OVERMIX.
In a baking dish coated with cooking spray, spread the fruit mixture across the bottom of the pan.
Drop 8 portions biscuit dough 2″ apart on top of fruit mixture.
Combine second amount of sugar (1 1/2 tsp) with cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of biscuit and berries.
Bake until top is browned and filling is bubbly, 55-60 minutes.
Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
