Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 ozw buttermilk biscuit mix (such as Bisquick) about 2 cups
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. Add first amount of sugar (1/2 cup), cornstarch, and vanilla. Toss to coat.
- In second mixing bowl, add biscuit mix and water. Mix until wet. DO NOT OVERMIX.
- In a baking dish coated with cooking spray, spread the fruit mixture across the bottom of the pan.
- Drop 8 portions biscuit dough 2" apart on top of fruit mixture.
- Combine second amount of sugar (1 1/2 tsp) with cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of biscuit and berries.
- Bake until top is browned and filling is bubbly, 55-60 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
