Grilled Spiced Sweet Potatoes
Sweet potato slices grilled with ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon. and thyme.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb sweet potatoes peeled and sliced 1/2" crosswise
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp granulated sugar extra fine
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium high.
- Coat potatoes lightly with cooking spray. Toss with pepper, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, thyme, and salt.
- Cook potatoes until tender-crisp, 5 to 7 minutes on each side. Serve hot.
