Ginger Miso Sauce
A rich sesame- and miso-flavored sauce made with zesty ginger and tangy Chobani® Greek yogurt.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Chobani® plain whole milk Greek yogurt
- 3 Tbsp blonde miso paste
- 1 Tbsp ginger peeled, grated
- 1/4 tsp garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 1/2 tsp tamari
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
