Cranberry Agua Fresca
A refreshing blend of pureed cranberries and sweetened citrus water. Serve over ice or shake with ice in a cocktail shaker and strain for a festive mocktail.
Ingredients
Citrus Water
- 6 cups water
- 1/2 fresh orange seeded, cut into quarters (or sliced)
- 1/2 lime seeded, cut into quarters (or sliced)
- 1/2 lemon seeded, cut into quarters (or sliced)
Cranberries
- 12 oz frozen cranberries thawed
Instructions
- Citrus water: Place citrus fruit in a large container. Pour water over fruit and mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Simple Syrup: In a small saucepan, heat sugar and water to boiling. Stir until sugar is fully dissolved. Let cool. Can be covered and refrigerated until use.
- Cranberry Agua Fresca: Puree cranberries in a blender. Add simple syrup and citrus water and continue blending until well combined.
- Drinks can be served over ice or shaken with ice and strained into a glass for a festive mocktail!
