Cinnamon Pumpkin Seeds
Toasted and spiced pumpkin seeds.
Ingredients
- 1 lb raw shelled pumpkin seeds unsalted
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 F.
- Combine all ingredients. Toss to mix.
- On sheet pan, spread pumpkin seed mixture in thin layer.
- Bake, stirring once, until lightly toasted and aromatic, 7 to 10 minutes. Cool.
