Chipotle Vinaigrette
Red vinaigrette with honey, lime juice, chipotle pepper in adobo, green onion and cilantro

Ingredients
- 1/3cup red wine vinegar
- 3ounces honeyor 1/4 cup
- 1ounce chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 2medium green onionschopped into 1″ pieces
- 1 1/2Tbsp water
- 2 1/2Tbsp cilantro leavesfresh
- 1/8tsp kosher salt
- 1/8tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except oil. Blend until smooth.
- With blender or food processor running, slowly add oil in a thin, steady stream until well blended.
- Store in refrigerator.
