Chipotle Vinaigrette
Red vinaigrette with honey, lime juice, chipotle pepper in adobo, green onion and cilantro
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 ounces honey or 1/4 cup
- 1 ounce chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- 2 medium green onions chopped into 1" pieces
- 1 1/2 Tbsp water
- 2 1/2 Tbsp cilantro leaves fresh
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
- In blender or food processor, combine all ingredients except oil. Blend until smooth.
- With blender or food processor running, slowly add oil in a thin, steady stream until well blended.
- Store in refrigerator.
