Blueberry-Banana Smoothie
Blueberries and fresh banana blended with creamy vanilla yogurt and apple juice
Ingredients
- 1 large banana
- 2/3 cup blueberries fresh or frozen, thawed 5.25 oz
- 1/4 cup ice cubes
- 1/3 cup non-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/4 cup apple juice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth, 15-20 seconds.
