Blueberry Banana Smoothie

- 1 medium banana
- 3/4 cup blueberries frozen
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 10 seconds. Stir. Blend for an additional 10 seconds until smooth.
