Grilled Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients
- 1 pineapple fresh, peeled, cored and sliced ½”
- 1/3 cup red pepper seeded and diced
- 1/3 cup green pepper seeded and diced
- 1-2 green onion scallions
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp lime juice fresh
- 1/8 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat char-grill or stovetop grill pan coated with cooking spray to medium.
- Cook pineapple slices until lightly browned, 4 to 5 minutes on each side. Chop 1/2″.
- Toss remaining ingredients together and top grilled pineapple.
