Flax Seed Crunch
Homemade flax seed granola mixed with almonds, honey and oats
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups golden flax seed
- 2 cups sliced almonds
- 1 1/4 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 1/3 Tbsp olive oil
- 3/4 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
- On parchment-lined sheet pan coated with cooking spray, spread flax seed mixture in a thin layer.
- Bake until browned, 10 to 12 minutes. Cool to room temperature.
- Serve with low-fat milk or use as a topping for yogurt or oatmeal.
