Edamame Avocado Hummus
Kick your hummus up a notch with avocado, edamame, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, and spices.
Ingredients
- 4 ounces hass avocado ripe
- 1/2 cup (heaping) edamame cooked and chilled
- 1 3/4 ounce tahini paste
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- In food processor, combine all ingredients. Blend all ingredients.
- Serve immediately or cover with plastic wrap to prevent browning and store in refrigerator.
