Confetti Yogurt Pops
Creamy Greek yogurt, fresh berries—and a little freezer time—make the perfect popsicle!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Greek yogurt plain, nonfat
- 1 cup fresh berries chopped strawberries, blueberries and/or raspberries
Instructions
- In a large bowl gently stir together yogurt and berries.
- Spoon into six 3- or 4-ounce ice-pop molds or paper cups.
- Cover molds or cups with foil, cut a small hole in the center of each and insert a halved pretzel rod or snack stick.
- Freeze until firm and enjoy up to a month.
Notes
Try a 1/2 pretzel stick instead of a popsicle stick for a fun twist.
