Sundried Tomato Asiago Dinner Knots
Ingredients
- 1 each 16" whole grain pizza or bread dough about 18oz
- 3 oz sundried tomato pesto
- 3 oz shredded asiago cheese
Instructions
- Divide the dough into 1 ½ oz pieces and set aside. You should get approximately 12 pieces. Take each piece of dough and roll it into a 4” to 5” stick.
- Shape dough into a knot.
- Take the tail of both ends of the knot and pinch them together. Then flip so pinched side is on the bottom.
- Brush all sides with pesto and cover with asiago cheese. Place on a well-greased sheet pan with a pan liner and cover with plastic wrap.
- Allow to double in size in a warm spot of your kitchen (approximately 1-2 hours).
- Remove plastic wrap and bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
