Sesame Ponzu
Dipping sauce made with citrus juice, rice vinegar, mirin and soy sauce.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp orange juice
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp fresh green onion (scallion) trimmed, sliced
- 1/2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds lightly baked at 300F for 10 minutes
- 1 1/8 tsp seasoned rice wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Wisk until well blended. *See Recipe Notes below for serving suggestion.
Notes
*Serve in a small cup (ramakin or soufflé cup) alongside Spiced Salmon with Wasabi Snap Pea Puree for dipping.
