Autumn Fruit Salad with Maple Cinnamon Yogurt
Fresh diced apples, pears, grapes and pecans tossed with maple cinnamon yogurt.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 pinches ground cinnamon
- 4 tsp chopped pecans or walnuts
- 3/4 cup granny smith apple cored and diced
- 3/4 cup fresh pear cored and diced
- 1/2 cup seedless red grapes cut in half
Instructions
- Whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, maple syrup, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Add nuts and fruit and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately or cover and keep chilled.
