Green Beans Gremolata
Whole green beans steamed and tossed with a hint of lemon zest, fresh garlic, and parsley.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley leaves minced
- 1 1/2 tsp fresh garlic peeled and finely minced
- 1 tsp fresh lemon zest grated
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 2 1/2 lb fresh whole green beans trimmed
Instructions
- Whisk oil, parsley, garlic, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until well blended.
- Steam beans in a steamer pot or basket until tender-crisp, 5-6 minutes. Drain.
- Combine beans and oil mixture. Toss to coat. Serve hot.
