Kale-Pineapple Smoothie
A tasty, colorful, nutrient-packed green smoothie made with kale, pineapple, banana, and apple.
Ingredients
- 5 ozw frozen pineapple chunks about 1 1/2 to 2 cups
- 1 granny smith apple cored and cut into chunks
- 1 fresh banana peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 1/4 ozw fresh kale leaves chopped * about 1/2 cup packed
- 3/4 cup water
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth, 40 to 50 seconds.

*Or freeze kale leaves and add to blender frozen
