Strawberry-Mango Salsa
Fresh blend of strawberries, mango, lime juice, jalapeno and cilantro.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups fresh mango pitted, peeled, diced 1/4"
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries stemmed, diced 1/4"
- 3 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 ea fresh jalapeño pepper seeded, minced (or to taste)
- 2 Tbsp red onion finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 pinch sugar optional
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy as a dip or topping!
