Cinnamon Pumpkin Oatmeal
Creamy oats with pumpkin, brown sugar and cinnamon
Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp light brown sugar
Instructions
- In stockpot over high heat, bring water to a boil. Gradually add oats, stirring constantly, until mixture returns to a boil. Reduce heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 5-6 minutes.
- Add pumpkin, brown sugar and cinnamon. Stir until well combined and enjoy!
